Individual Therapy
for Adolescents & Adults
online & in-person. 

I provide all levels of therapy via a HIPAA-compliant video-conferencing platform, for optimal confidentiality. Online therapy sessions are held in the comfort of clients' preferred private space and are conveniently booked through an online scheduling platform. I offer 50 minutes or more sessions weekly, biweekly, or on a monthly basis.  We will collaborate on session frequency and duration following the initial consultation. I also offer in-person therapy upon request.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an effective, solution-focused, evidence-based therapy method. DBT improves mental health by helping clients develop and maintain a number of skills including emotion regulation, distress tolerance, healthy interpersonal relationships, and mindfulness.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing 

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy that aims to reduce symptoms of trauma by changing how memories are stored in the brain by utilizing bilateral stimulation.

Grounding Techniques 

Grounding techniques are tools used to self-regulate in moments of stress and anxiety. These techniques are strategies that can help clients manage their traumatic memories or strong emotions by distracting them using the five senses.

An integrative approach combines various treatment modalities tailored toward each client's individual needs and preferences.

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.
